Granular pharyngitis
My son is 15year old, his endoscopy of phayranx has shown whitish granular posterior pharyngeal wall, I am very much worried, please advice He takes penicillin whenever he suffers.his growth is normal.his lft is also normal.it is not confirmed that it is whitish

Whitish granular lesions in pharynx are seen on condition known as keratosis pharyngeus. It is not a serious condition and cause for this condition is usually reflux laryngopharyngitis or post nasal discharge. Treatment of cause is necessary. It won't have any long term consequences
