Granular pharyngitis
Sir i have consulted online with a doctor he said that I had granular pharyngitis,I need biopsy ,I am terrified now with his answer I attach an image of my throat kindly help I am dying out of stress,do I need biopsy ,is it cancerous?

Very clearly you have granular pharyngitis but usually it does not require any biopsy unless it becomes big in size. Usual cases for granular pharyngitis are reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder, post nasal discharge syndrome etc smoking, pollution etc. Definitely it is not cancerous
