Granular phyringities , nasal issues

Hi All, I am attaching my Throat picture and also the CT scan report of PNS . I am having throat irritation , granules in pharynx , sometimes fore head pain , sometimes headache , something burning , itching in throat . All these for last 4-5 months .. Please look at the picture and CT scan PNS report and advice me what is wrong and what should be the treatment options .I started getting this issue when I started travelling 2-3 hours daily by Bus
