Green poop in 2 months baby
My baby is 2 months old and passing green poop since last 1 week. Sometimes poop has yellowish also. She is fed on both formula and breastfeed.
Also she goes very frequent urine.sometimes 2-3 times in half an hour or 20 minutes.
Her other activities are absolutely fine

Babies shd b exclusively breastfed up to 6 months...if baby is gaining weight n active ,green poops r not a problem...for urine problem, need more details...

A baby of this age may pass stool as many times as they are fed. And the color of stool may vary from golden yellow to greenish yellow in color. This is normal. If baby is symptomatic ally normal, no intervention is required.
