Green stool
Hello my baby was premature born at 35 weeks with birth weight 1.7kg and now he is 5 months old weighing 4.75 kg and started with dal pani and rice water and apple juice . He is having green colour stool since 2 week but only in morning and rest whole day normal yellow colour .We did his stool routie ,it reported as occult blood 2+ and fat globules 2+, pus cells nil.

Hello, Your baby is gaining good weight. Slight variation in colour may not be an issue of worry.
Generally complementary feed is started at 6 month of age, you were slight early.
You should get the stool test repeated.
