Green thin Phlegm, shortness of breath
Hello Doctor I am an xsmoker.smoked for 20 years. My sputm test is negative HRCT shows few tiny parechymnal infiltrates in RLL. Besided focal segment of traction bronchiectasis in RML. Left lung is unremarkable. Sir, what can this infiltration mean. Doctor has advised bronchoscopy. I dont know why?

Doing a bronchoscopy is good prion to r/o any problem in lungs don't be afraid it is an outdoor procedure will take only few minutes; and any doubts will be over. He may along with May conduct biopsy too . Go with you pulmologist .
