No need to worry
Just keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or white colour motion
Most of the top feed babys have greenish colour motion
If blood in stool or fever associated with loose motion then need consultation with nearest pediatrician otherwise not
Once breast feeding start empty one breast
Then only offer other breast for suckling
Bcz foremilk contain mostly water to satisfy baby's thirst and breast milk which come at the end is called as hindmilk contain thick milk comtain more of fat
Which is for satiety of baby
If this proportion disturb then also baby cause green colour motion
