  4. Grey Hair at 3. Be related. pls advise.

Grey Hair at 3
My son is 3 years old and has 2 grey hair. His overall hair quality is good and we don't have early grey hair in our family either. I was concerned if this is normal or needs further examination. He is 14 kgs. Also, when he drinks milk or eat food he often says stomach ache as if he is facing some inconvenience but slowly he finishes all his milk and food. Not sure if this can be related. Pls advise. Thanks
