I was wondering if you got a diagnosis on this. I have something similar. Just above the shaft under my pubic hair but a little to the left. No pain though. When I press on it it is soft and feels like maybe fluid in a sac, or fluid buildup, or a very soft tumor of some type. Thats what it feels like but unsure exactly.
