Groin injury in thigh and lower abdomen
It has been almost 1 and half years when i encountered groin muscle pull my thigh muscle and lower abdomen started paining.it became more severe as i continued playing for many days.Then i took rest and took some medicines which cured my pain.But when i started playin again problem re-emerged.What should i do now

HELLO, DON'T  DO THE THINGS WHICH AGREEVATE THE CONDITION.. TABLET FLEXON MR TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. LOCALLY APPLY WINTOGEN OINTMENT O.K BYE.
