Growth on eye upper lid
Hello dr...my son having this growth from past few months ...there is no pain or itching ... He is not having any problem in it but dis growth is increased in size...plz suggest

This looks like chalazion
Try
A. Warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger from up to down over swelling and apply azithromycin ointment locally over lid margins
B. If medical management fails then intralesional kenacort injection is an option
C. Minor surgery in form of incision and curettage is another option
