Gum ache.pain in gum.
There is a hole in my gum at the back left corner.The inner cheek walls surround the area has become red and slimy.Its very painful.It has been 4 days now.

Your problem seems to be related to the wisdom tooth, you should visit a dentist and get yourself evaluated properly and if needed to extract the wisdom tooth then get the tooth removed.

hello, You can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. if required, get an x-ray done. it could be due to eruption of wisdom tooth. the best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed.
