Gum and tooth problem
Due to weak gums and teeth, not able to eat oranges and lemons for getting vitamin c and calcium. Need ayurveda supplements. Gums are bleeding and receding and am loosing teeth and getting cavities. Please advise on some ayurveda treatment. Salt water gargling also making gums more weak. I am predominantly vata imbalance along with some kapha and pitta imbalance also.

Massage gums with G32 or gum tone everyday oil pulling with irimedadi taila once a day.  Used soft bristle brushes

Hi... please gargles with thriphala powder decoction daily. Apply Erimedadi oil on gums & teeth thrice a day. Brush your teeth with combination of powder 2 times morning & night-> Haldi powder 1 tsp + Alum powder 1 tsp + Neem powder 1 tsp.

Hi.... Brush your teeth after you eat. Keep a toothbrush at work to use after eating. Brush using a fluoride-containing toothpaste at least twice a day, especially after meals. Schedule regular dental checkups. See your dentist on a regular basis — generally once or twice a year — to have your teeth or dentures examined and cleaned. ....
