Get scaling and polishing done and if further periodontal treatment is required your dentist will advise you. For wisdom tooth get an X-ray done. Gum swelling may be due to malposition of the tooth.

If bleeding is in multiple sites ... Bleeding gums can be because of simple gum inflammation due to plaque calculus or due to other medical complications. (Not trying to alarm you just stating the facts!). Scaling and where indicated root planing may help you decrease the bleeding. You can try to massage the gums with some gum paints (available in medical shops - Just ask for gum astringent/gum paints) If bleeding is only in wisdom teeth area ... The swelling indicates, there is accumulation of food/debris in the third molar area causing it to become painful/swollen and subsides on its own. You will possibly need removal of the lower molar tooth (if it's erupting in wrong path) Or local care until it erupts into proper position. Another issue could be that the upper tooth may be the culprit causing issues in lower teeth area. An assessment in person and possibly additional xrays will be required for planning. Dr. Akilesh. R. MDS., Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon / TMJ Orofacial Pain specialist & Implantologist.
Next Steps
You might need cleaning of the area with the possibility that you will need removal of the wisdom teeth. You can use warm salt water gargles / rinses also in addition to chlorhexidine rinse.
Health Tips
If you were advised removal, it is better to get it done by a maxillofacial surgeon at the earliest instead of waiting till the problem worsens/recurs.
