I am 22 year old (male).....i had issue of gums bleeeding for 3 years while doing or even when i want to wash my mouth i taken many type mecines but its provide temprory solution and again after 15 or 20 days of medines again the bleeding problem starts

Scaling had to be done every one year at least. Only taking medicines won't solve your problem.
