I have receding gums for the past 4 years. I have softened gums around tooth line and they recede away. The gums swollen and some liquid comes out of it. I don't have bleeding in gums. But sometimes the gums become too week that it can be moved with bare fingers.I have tried many medicines including ayurveda, homeopathy and allopathy.nothing worked.

It's a severe case of periodontitis which means gum disease. The liquid coming out is pus and this indicates infection. Please consult a dentist or a periodontist on a priority basis.
