I would say only two things r required.  Proper or structured diet which goes with PCOS(proper nutritional guidance) ..  And weight training...  But for that,  dont just go randomly. Expert guidance is required. Check out this page in Fb u will get lots of ideas.  S. Q. U. A. T. S I'm in no way associated with them. In my view weight training is best. U can include other things as well.

PCOS results is weight gain due to excess fat accumulations due to hormonal imbalances. The best exercise for burning fat is cardiovascular endurance training at moderate pace for 30 to 45 mins everyday. This can include variety of exercises like brisk walking, cycling, elliptical training, swimming, etc. High impact exercises can help reduce weight but should be done under proper medical guidance.
Next Steps
Please visit nearby physiotherapist for exercise prescription after proper evaluation of your health status and blood reports. Exercise intensity has to be calculated very carefully for effective results without any other complications.

Hello... If you are having PCOS then you should go also for tests of Thyroid & Diabetes also. You should go for Low calorie diet combined with moderate exercise activities. Yoga will also help you a lot. Some important mix exercises Butterfly pose in sitting & Reclining positions,Bharadwajasana,Cobra pose Boat pose,Bow Pose,Superman pose, Child Pose, Chakki Movements, Cat & camel, Lotus pose with different breathing patterns. Stretchings of leg muscles + Brisk Walk for 25min. Rehydrate your body with proper fluid intake.   Lots of leafy vegetables, blueberries, pineapples & focus on whole food like fish, eggs & chicken breast. FLEX SEEDS powder roasted are very good in this case with lukewarm water in empty stomach. Don't fear with fat diet also in a balance way. Cut out of processed & high GI carbs. Regards
