Once a person has got pregnant earlier showing that fallopian tubes were alright is there any chance of fallopian tube blockage within 8 to 9 months after the first pregnancy.

Fallopian tubes can be checked again by repeat laparoscopy Hysteroscopy or Hysterosalpingogram only after 1 year of previous procedure
Next Steps
Keep trying after 1 year of patency documented in tubes . If still no success go for iui if tubes are patent

Any form of INFECTION that affects the fallopian tube, be it ascending descending/hematogenous/lymphatic/ direct spread from other organs will cause the tubal blocks of various intensity from partial to complete block It can also cause peritubal adhesion
