By saying you have consumed 30 ipills, you have also declared that you have indulged in pre marital sex.
Even if an ipill may have avoided a pregnancy, its not that there has been an abortion, so relax
But I hope you had safe sex and only one partner. Multiple partners and lack of contraceptive could have exposed you to infections called Sexually transmitted infections which can damage the reproductive organs.
