I am a 53 years old woman having menopausal period. I am having irregular period for last 2 years. Sometimes Before or after period I get severe pain in lower abdomen and back with some discharge. Is this normal or do I need to see a doctor? Also how long will it take to finally stop d periods??

if the pain is severe and unavoidable it is advisable to consult a gynaecologist.
