Bleeding every 15 days since past 3 months. Very heavy flow with clots. Ultrasound has revealed endometrial thickness of 11 cm. I feel exhausted and my legs and feet ache a lot at night. I am often emotionally low. What's happening?

It can be premenopausal hormonal imbalance or something related to abnormal changes in endometrium. You can get endometrial biopsy done and depending on report further treatment can be decided
