Hi Doctors, My wife is 6 months pregnant and having bodyache, cough and cold since last 2-3 days. Please recommend which medicine shebcan take to control cough and cold ? She has already tried home remedies but, its not helping. Thanks

Ask her to take tab azithromycin 500mg once daily for 5 days before food. Tab levocitrizine once daily at bed time for 5days.tab cefexime 200mg for 5days twice daily.
