Now my 9th month pregnancy started am more worring about my delivery plz tell me what and will be the starting symptoms of labour.& How many days before symptoms will start.

Hi, the labour starts with contraction of the uterus, The labour pain would be frequent & pressing pain. The contraction might be 2-3 mins apart & may last for a minute. There may be vaginal discharge. pain may start 1 week before delivery or on the day of delivery. It is not predictable. Consult your Gynaecologist when you have frequent pain.

Labour can start anytime ..keep doing pranayaan n deep breaths..Labour may last few hours during which mother suffers from pain.
