Doctor I am a patient of.pcos . I am 28 and trying to conceive . I am taking letroz from day 3-7 and also duphastone from day 16 . Currently I missed my period nearly by 5 days .and was having little spotting (red color) and back pain. Can it be any sign of pregnancy. I am also facing vaginal dryness for last one day...
