Gynaecology - Sir/mam I Am Suffering From Irregular Periods

Sir/Mam I am suffering from irregular periods since last 6 months ie period comes in time intervals of 2 or 2 and1/2 month.I am also suffering from hypothyoridsm which is in control after medication and i have reported for sonografy and found dominant follilcle of size 1.3cm×1.2cm is seen in right ovary..kindly suggset me proper treatment and medication..also i have taken tabs for period regular then also it is not working..please help..
