Sir recently i have done usg and ct scan of lower abdomen as i have pain in lower abdomen and it found that i have endometriosis and likely adenomyosis.kindly suggest what should be done as the doct suggest me for surgery.im married for 5yrs and no child.kindly suggest me what should to be done.i take drotin ds for pain relief
