Gynecologist Issue
I am 45 years old, From last 20 days (Precisely from 15-03-2018) I am having heavy periods. I visited hospital nearby me and got my Sonograpgy done. The sonography says: "Uterus is anteverted & bulky in size measuring 100*52*74mm. Parenchymal echotexture appears heterogenous. Two heterogenous hypoechoic areas seen in myometrium, measuring 15*11 mm and 11*10mm in anterior wall. Cervix is bulky with few small cysts seen in Cervix. Endometrium is central with normal thickness 6mm with fluid in endocavity." IMPRESSION : •Bulky uterus with small fibroids/andenomyosis. •Chronic cervicitis So the gynae in the hospital asked me to go for an operation, Just to get it cross chcked I went to another gynae, and She said it can be cured by proper medicines. What is the best possible treatment you can suggest? Should go with surgery or medicines can solve the problem? How major is the issue? Is it really a matter of concern? I am waiting for your quick response. Thankyou!
