My mother age is 43. As the USG report uterus is anteverted and bulky with hypoechoic SOL in fundus measuring 159mm×127mm. there is central necrosis. both oversis are normal size, shape and location with few follicles seen. No free fluid seen in the abdomen. there is an echogenic intramuscular sol in the anterior parietal wall measuring 18.9 mm ×13 mm. please suggest what should we do next
