Hi, is confirm that vagina not tear.
You should wash with anti septic solution i.e. savlon or v wash solution ..
Or home remedy apply ice on bleeding area.
And do paid consultation for better treatment.

First confirm if its a hymenal tear bleeding or you hv acquired some vaginal postcoital tear.
Get yourself examined by a gynaecologist near you and accordingly further management can be done.
