H1b test show 8.5
Hi,
My H1B test results shown 8.5 and sugar level show 240 after food and 160 before food, is this abnormal, Do i need to start medication. If so which doctor i need meet.
I have started walking for 30 min and evening having roti.

Yes indeed you need to combine lifestyle changes with medications to get things under control now. There are medications which you can take safely with out causing any side effects. One thing you must remember is that mor work you do in terms of lifestyle the less you need to rely on medications in the future.
