Haemorrhagic ovarian cyst
Yesterday i have done ultrasound and found that " right ovarian maecures43.5x20.7mm and shows two haemorrhagic cysts measuring 15.0x12.0mm and 9.2x8.9mm. No dominant follicile een. Left ovary is normal.....I am scared that is there any need of surgery for cyst removal or it can be cure by medicines only....plssss tell me

As your cyst are not too big and you don't have any symptoms pertaining to it.. U can have a follow up scan after your periods in the next cycle. If it has not subsided u need to take hormonal pills to reduce it.
