Haemorrhoids
Long ago, may be ten years before I had rectal bleeding I showed it to doctor he gave one rectal ointment it got resolved. After that  some years later it came back once a month or twice. Now two months before i had small lump which was not painful or irritating but i could feel it when sit on bike. It got burst and couple of days bleeding occurred later some kind of secretion started no pain no irritation. I showed it to doctor he diagnosed it as haemorrhoids and prescribed Pilex cream, Dafflon and Metronodazole. After a week of this medication i started feeling burning sensation at anus (no pain or birning sensation while going fornmotion) and i feel helmenthics at anus. bleeding started again from past 3 days. I am confused whether to continue or to stop the medication. I am. Also on Aceclofenac sodium SR for my shoulder pain from past 15 days.

Your history suggests Possibility for piles (HEMORRHOIDS) with or without fissure. Diagnosis is by rectal examination. If constipation is there it needs to be treated. The main problem often is Constipation which needs to be treated. Medicines u are taking does not seem to be enough. A proper treatment is required. How much is the pain ? Is there any itching now ? How much and what type of bleeding is there. ? Are the motions hard ?
Next Steps
