Hello! I suppose you are suffering from male pattern baldness. These supplements have not shown any side effects as of now. But it may not be very effective as a standalone therapy. Better to start other topical treatment such as minoxidil and procédures such as platelet rich plasma therapy which can help you in restoring the lost mane.
