Hair fall and baldness

Hi sir, I am Shaik.. Since past 6 months I am facing a problem of excessive hair fall and it's leading to the gaps in scalp. And my forehead is looking empty. Last year I had an surgery ( kidney stone removal) laser lithotripsy. Please suggest me how to prevent from this. Thank you.
