Hair fall and baldness
I am facing a huge hairfall. My diet is good. I am under a dietitian and I follow the balanced diet plan strictly for 3 months now. Still my hair fall is not under control. My thyroid reports are normal for quite a long time now. I workout 5 days a week. What should I do,whom should I consult for hair loss? I really had long and thick hair, But I dont have even 1/4th of it now. My scalp is oily and hair is dry, I apply eggs and yogurt on my scalp and hair every week. No ironing and heating appliances are used. Suggest me what immediate actions to be taken.
