Hair fall and dandruff
My husband is having hair fall and excess dandruff.kindly help with hair oil and shampoo to get rid of from the issue

Hair fall and dandruff is because of some internal problem for that he needs some internal medication only external application like shampoo,oil doesnt help detail case taking is required to understand root cause for his hair fall and dandruff then if we start constitutional medicines he will be fine

Dandruff is a fungal infection aa such keep personal items like towel, comb, soap separate from family members. Wash towel, comb with warm water every 3rd/4th day. Patient needs to apply curd to hair for 2 hrs and wash them with normal soap and water. Repeat it for 4 weeks.
