Hair fall and dandruff problem. Any oil.

I have hair fall problem last three years.i used 3 r 4 times using coconut oil and also before I am going bath use some oil.i used shampoo regularly Dove till now.today i take bath tomorrow my hair is fully oily without using any oil .Why it is happened Doctor. If i touch my hair by comb my hair is coming 5 r 6 in my comb.i went to Oxford Hospital in Bangalore for hair problem Doctor gave the tablet (Trichoton Forte ) For One month i took they gave Shampoo (Kenzole shampoo ).My hair fall is nothing stop still my hair is fall down. I want to clear with my oil hair and hair fall problem.suggest me some tablets. Really hurt my life because my hair is very oil. What are the food should be eat or Not.Can i take Foli Hair tablet doctor gave to my friend so.
