Hi
The receding hairline is most probably on account of your hereditary make up & hormonal.
Thinning & dryness may be due to imperfect diet, deficient in required nutrients or again hormonal, like thyroid hormone.
Eat nutritious food
Drink plenty of fluids
Exercise regularly.
Keep your scalp & hair clean.
Apply any vegetable oil at least 3 times a week.
You can apply Arnicated hair oil from reputed Homoeopathic laboratory.
Hair problem is not just related to your skin or scalp.
It should be treated from within. If you need, you can consult in person
