Hair fall and pimples
I am having lots and lots of hair fall I find it everywhere all over my home. I consulted a Dermetoligist in Delhi she told I have sebboric dermetisis for that I took medication for about one and a half month but then I had to come to Banglore so doctor told me to consult in Bangalore but to continue my shampoo Phytoral SP. I consulted here in Banglore and I am taking medication but my hair fall is worst I haven't seen this kind of hair fall during all these years on top of that pimples are another issue . Please suggest I am using keraglo-ad shampoo as told by my doc . I am afraid please suggest. I also got tests done for lipid profile and thyroid. It's normal it's just that I am lacking vitamin D and B12 for that I am taking medicine.

Thanks for the query. Hair fall treatment needs proper assessment to find the cause and to address it specifically. A trichoscan and trichogram are objective methods of assessment and is highly recommended, though it is difficult to find a clinic which offers that. The treatment typically consists of topical lotion (Minoxidil) which is an essential component of therapy however small it may contribute. Other specific medications can be recommended based on the cause of hair loss. Various issues need to be decided like planning a pregnancy or breast feeding at your age before initiating the treatment. The dosage and duration is decided by your dermatologist. Certain dermatologists supplement biotin, hair serum and advice procedures like PRP therapy which may accelerate the rate of hair growth
