Hair fall and scalp infection problem
I am using tugging 2% solution for my hair. But since one month my scalp is getting dried like anything with full of dandruff and looks so weird . Because of this I am getting too much hair fall. I consulted a dermatologist and was suggested to use salicia shampoo on scalp. But from the online review of this shampoo, I am already scared as it was directed not to use in open wound and irritated skin and my scalp is already having rashes and irritation. what should I do?
