I have tinea versicolor(themal) in my face. The beared hair grows in that area turned into white. I have excess of hairfall and dandruff. What is treatment for this

beared hair has to be examined .
dandruff use scalpe shampoo alternate days (5 /10min contact) followed by rinsing
Hairfall can be treated after examination
