Hair fall. Of the problem and cure it.

I have been experiencing severe hair fall since last 3 years. There is no family history of alopecia. My hair will be very oily and very itchy if does not do daily headbath. If I skip one day head bath, my hair will get very oily like I put a oil on the scalp. I have gone to several doctors. Every doctor prescribed only minoxidil, multivitamin, ketaconazole shampoo, and some hair serums, which not at all curing my problem. Changing shampos and medicine is not really working. I noticed that it is spreading to my family. My wife and mother also experiencing severe oily and itchy scalp also. They are facing same severe fair fall. Please suggest best doctor in hyderabad so that he can understand the problem and find the root cause of the problem and cure it.
