Hair fall n weak nails
My hair started falling too much after Marriage compare to before. N there is no hair gain it's complete baldness. My nails r very weak like a wet nail, soft n bends easily. Nails in toes r rough n has cracks on it.

U may be suffering from telogen effluvium leading to female pattern baldness. U may start biotin supplements for hairs and nails. Have a protein rich diet. Get your thyroid profile and complete blood count done. I feel it's always better to get examined by a dermatologist and get expert treatment. Don't neglect the hair fall.
