Hi. You may have early onset androgenetic alopecia. Avoid too much of hair cosmetics, however, mild hair conditioners are fine. Diet which is not a balanced one, environmental factors and stress may also contribute to hair fall. So look into these factors.. Wash hair with a ketaconazole based shampoo atleast twice a week.
