Hair fall problem
I had thick curly hair before and then I came to delhi and have straightened my hair from geetanajli twice in a span of between 3years. After I have straightened my hair 2nd time which was around 8-9months ago I have tremendous hair fall. I can touch my head skin easily now 😔😔😞 I have almost 40% hair left now and all my hair has become freezy/rough. I have no idea how to stop it. I am using the same hair products everyday the same product which I have been using when I had the curly straight hair. Please help

The straightening might have been one of the reasons. I would suggest you start taking alternate sessions of mesotherapy and prp along with some supplements. You continue this for 4-6months and you should be getting good results. But it would be better if you have a detailed consultation 1st so that the exact cause of hairfall can be reached. Hair fall might also be due to some defeciency like b6,b12,vit d, folic acid, calcium. So tests regarding the same might be required but again that will be decided only after consultation. So visit a good dermat near you asap. Dont avoid the signs.

Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo. 1. Vitamin for hair loss.(A, B and C) 2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Scalp massage with essential oils. Take coconut oil and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage your scalp with this hot oil for a few minutes. 4. Avoid brushing wet hair. 5. Keep yourself hydrated. 6. Put on a shower cap for an hour then shampoo your hair. It helps to stop hair loss and promote hair growth. 7. Avoid hairstyles that pull on the hairline. 8. Ditch hair tools that use high heat. 9. Be wary of chemical processing. 10. Drink water to hydrate your body. 11. U can Mix Arnica Q (25 drops) and Jaborandi Q (15 drops). Apply on scalp. Wash hair next day. Do it twice a week You can contact me for a detailed consultation.
