According to history given by you...it may be
?Folliculitis of scalp with seborrheic dermatitis or pitryiasis capitis...
bcoz of androgenic activity..It will leads to excess of seborrhea( oilyness)on the face & scalp .
So, good hygiene of scalp with cleansing shampoo and antidandruff shampoo will help.

Tab.Taxim-O 200mg 1-0-1 for 5 days after food.
betadine Ad shampoo for 2 weeks(on alternate days).
after
2 weeks
keratoyl pso shampoo weekly twice for 4 weeks. (3 days gap like for example- monday
& friday) allow it to act for 3 mins before cleaning off.
Hair 4 U shampoo daily shampoo prevents hair fall & gentle cleasing shampoo.
