Hair fall with white patches on scalp
I have been experiencing acute hairfall. Once I got bald thinking that it would help, but then I observed, circular white patches on my scalp. They were patches of dead skin. They are not itchy, but they just keep coming up. when I scratch them, white flakes come out like dandruff. Its been months and these patches of dead skin are still there..and I feel that they are the reason for my hairfall as when I scratch them, hairs that were rooted at that location come out easily. However, the hairfall is only in top central part of my head. Please advise, I have tried multiple shampoos with salicylic acid and other medical lotions, but still experiencing hairfall.
