Hair greying and nails problm
Can I take multivitamin atz gold and btn ultra for my hair white and rough hair and nails. I am already having atoz gold multivitamin .becz I am suffering from acid reflux and ibs and after this disease I am having malnutrition in body and weakness. And my nails problem is from my birth 8 year wen I was 22 I consult dermatologist he prescribed me btn ultra it gave me good result. Nails regrowth after taking btn ultra .but I stopped. Can I take this now .becz my hair greying alot may be due to nutrition deficiency. I test  for   thyroid sugar vitamin B12 and d3 .cbc and left and kft all came normal. Plz help me mein Kya karu... ...
