I have been on treatment with my family doctor for my hair loss treatment. From the past 1 year this has gone from bad to worse. Now the hair fall has been way too much. I have taken doctor's advise in prescribed tablets, food, oil, other supplements. Yet this has been very bad. What is the solution for hair growth?

You seem to have badly affected genetically.  If you have already tried out conventional treatment , plan PRP sessions . If you bald patch is very evident hair transplantation is a good choice.
