Hair loss due to pcos
Currently my weight is 63kgs My BMI is 25.5 Currently working on my weight Can u please let me know if m having alopecia Initially my hair used to really thick Now the centre parting have increased and scalp is seen too I'm taking Aminofit and orofer My doctor suggested me to take minoxidil 2 percent but I don't want to use it as I have got excess facial hair and mandible area A) Is there any other treatment or I have to use minoxidil? B) Do I have alopecia or simply hair fall (I'm losing almost 50-100 hair strand per day and the no is increased on oiling and shampooing)

Hi.. PCOS is associated with female pattern hair loss. Proper medication will arrest further thinning of hair, also reduce facial hair growth. It’s important to treat it correctly in the early stages before the hair thinning progresses.
